Abstract:
Art infrastructure can be defined as physical and organizational assets that underpin a vibrant, sustainable economy through planned cultural development.  It provides fertile ground for an actively creative society and contributes to the over all quality of life.

Implementation of the art infrastructure shows a commitment to the public art program, and works in conjunction with a city’s master plan. The public art master plan guides the implementation of the program as the city grows and changes over time.
